LDA is
a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive difference
in the educational experience of children with disabilities.
We believe
that:
- every
child is capable of learning.
- every
child has the right to an education program that meets their
needs.
- families
are key members of their child's educational team.
What we
do:
- We
help families to navigate the complex educational process.
- We
facilitate productive communication between parents and
school personnel.
- We
refer families and adults to appropriate service providers
and community resources.
